Me

I believe we are all born with an innate curiosity and abundant creativity, and through others' compassion and loving guidance as we grow, we can discover ourselves and our world. I am thrilled to be able to walk alongside children as they discover their world, providing the nurturing support needed for them to brightly shine as their own, unique, fully capable selves. I learn so much from children, and I am delighted to take my experience and passion for teaching, especially with the early childhood age group, to my own program. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Iberian Studies, with a minor in Portuguese, from The University of Texas at Austin. I am fascinated by languages and other cultures, with traveling being one of my greatest joys. I studied abroad in Spain, and have been an ESL teacher for a wide range of ages, young children to elderly, in Costa Rica, Peru, and in Texas. I am proud to have been a part of the magical preschool, Studio Creative Play, where I felt aligned, supported, and later encouraged to pursue this dream. I am also a trained Doula in both postpartum and birth. In my free time, I enjoy painting, listening to podcasts, going to farmers markets, spending quality time with friends, listening to live music, and reading about childhood development. The amount of joy working with children brings me is boundless. I cannot believe my job is to play, create art, practice mindfulness, and explore nature with these magical beings!

Adams &

Haack

The name, Adams & Haack, comes from the combination of my moms' last names. When we lived in a small town in Wisconsin during my childhood, they opened a furniture store in town called Adams & Haack Gallery. It was a magical place to me, with stunning pieces they sourced from Guadalajara, Mexico. As a five year old, it was a fantastic, exhilarating place. It was heavenly to explore the countless treasures and to talk to everyone who came in.

This name is also in honor of my mom who passed away when I was 16. To be able to use her last name for a business that shares love, art, and adventure feels so meaningful. She was the most generous woman I've ever known, and she had the biggest heart, smile, and laugh. She lit up any room she walked into and could talk to anyone. I know my entrepreneur mother is so proud (and surprised!) to see her daughter following in her footsteps. Thank you, to both of my incredible moms.
